Reservations:

To make a reservation, customers can send their request through mail or fax. The tour cost is determined based on the itinerary and the number of hotel and camp nights specified. In case of delays due to weather conditions, road closures, canceled or delayed flights, sickness, government restrictions or other uncontrollable factors, any resulting extra costs are not included.

Payments:

Payments can only be made in cash or by certified check.

Cancellation & Refund:

100% refund when client must notify us by phone or email within 24 Hours, And there is no refund of the deposited amount.

Insurance:

Passengers are advised to obtain insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health emergencies, evacuation, helicopter rescue, and loss or damage of baggage and personal effects. Like Global Rescue and IMG Insurance

Baggage:

Baggage weight is limited to 25 kg per member, and any excess baggage portage will be charged separately. Reasonable changes to the itinerary may be made for the safety and comfort of the clients.

Liability:

Inspire Karakoram Adventure, its agents, and employees are not liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, theft, irregularity, or acts of God, caused by any company or person involved in conducting the tour.

Responsibilities:

Inspire Karakoram Adventure will provide transportation, accommodations, meals, and other necessary requirements specified in the tour itinerary.
