Climb in Kondos Valley

Kondus Valley is located in the Ghanche district of Gilgit Baltistan Pakistan. The valley followed two boundaries China north side and India east side. The valley current population is about 6900 peoples. There is also Lachhat valley which is some parts with Siachen Glacier and most amazing view of Khordondo Broq makes this valley more attractive and offer such an mind blowing climbing experience.

Inspire Karakoram Adventure offering to climb in this region with most densely gained walls along with summer clustered peaks with special climbing permit. The area is clustered in numerous peaks such as Saltoro Kangri I 7705m, Chogolisa 7668m, Sherpi Kangri 7380m, Mount Ghent 7,401M, Link Sar 7041m, K6 7281m, K-7 6934m, Dumsum peak 6666m and Khor Kangri 6268m, and many other virgin rock spires as well in this valley.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Islamabad international airport and transfer to Hotel

Day 2

Fly to Skardu (In case weather not support Drive from Islamabad – Chilas)

Day 3

Skardu sightseeing or (Drive from Chilas – Skardu) Skardu briefing in Ministry of Tourism & final preparation

Day 4

Drive from Skardu to Kondus Karmading along with Indus and Shyok rivers

Day 5

5 to 25 20 Days of Climbing

Day 6

Day 25 Drive back to Skardu from Karmading Kondus

Day 7

Skardu de-briefing & final farewell dinner

Day 8

Fly to Islamabad ( or Drive from Skardu – Chilas (flight subject to weather)

Day 9

Islamabad sightseeing or Drive from Chilas – Islamabad

  • Any unforeseen expenses such as road block or extra hotel stay, or if members stay more days at Base Camp, then members will be charged according to the number of days.
